Qualifications

• Master of Divinity Seminary degree preferred, ordained or ordainable in the PCA.
• Experience in shepherding within a Church.
• Experience in leading staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Shepherd assigned group of Communities, implement shepherding plan.
• Oversee meeting the shepherding needs in each community.
• Serve as the Community Pastor in assigned Congregational Communities.
