Pay Range

This range is provided by LIHI. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $31.50 - $33.65 per hour

Location and Details

Interbay Village
1601 15th Ave West, Seattle WA 98119

Reports to: Program Manager

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, includes some on-call evenings and weekends

Position Type: Non-exempt, management

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise staff, volunteers, interns; interface with vendors and community members.
  2. Complete staff evaluations, troubleshoot client issues, and work collaboratively to determine solutions.
  3. Monitor the shelter, coordinate activities, ensure safety, enforce rules, and assist with move-in/move-out processes.
  4. Respond to emergencies, perform light maintenance, and oversee community outreach and engagement.
  5. Maintain inventory, respond to client concerns, and organize training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in property management or human services.
  • Experience working with low-income or homeless populations.
  • Leadership experience with staff and volunteers.
  • Strong supervision, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record-keeping.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle, ability to pass background and drug tests.
