Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas daily.
• Perform routine deep cleaning (floors, carpets, windows, walls) and laundry.
• Dispose of trash and biohazard materials per policies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
• Support a trauma-informed, respectful environment for youth.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Monitor inventory and organize storage areas.
