Job description

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing cleaning and maintenance services including weekends and evenings. This position requires weekend, occasional nights, evenings and weekday availability depending on job status. The hours will vary depending on shift. The schedule for this position is a 24 hour / 7 day a week operation. This position requires a flexible shift availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs general cleaning duties in and around Bus Shelters
  • Provides an inspection sheet daily to the Foreman documenting work left uncleaned / out of order from previous shift.
  • Empty trash (2x daily).
  • All areas are checked daily to ensure that items, such as, glass, lights, trash bins, concrete floors, etc. are free from defects, and or debris.
  • Power wash area when required.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to provide quality-cleaning services.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Power washing experience preferred
