Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or support staff is a plus.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and handle challenging situations with tact.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Provide mobility support, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and assist with medication management under supervision.
• Monitor health and well-being, report changes to staff promptly.
• Engage residents in activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
