Job summary

Doncasters in Groton, CT is seeking a Weekend Shell Room Lead to oversee daily shell room operations Friday through Sunday, 5:00 am to 5:30 pm. The role manages a team, ensures safety, efficiency, and quality.

You will train and coordinate shell room operators, provide hands-on support for shell building, drying, and inspection, and drive improvements. The position offers an hourly rate of $34.39 and benefits including PTO, competitive 401K and medical insurance.

Weekend Shell Room Lead

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead to join our team in Groton, CT.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5a-5:30p $34.39/hour.

The Role

Join our team as a Shell Room Lead where you will oversee the daily operations in the shell room, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently and meeting quality demands! This role provides direction, training and support to the team while driving continuous improvement in processes, safety practices and product quality.
