Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of high school and two years’ experience in the livestock industry.
• Demonstrated reliability and high standards of ethics and conduct on the job.
• Other combinations of education, certifications and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical and visual inspection of eggs.
• Monitors egg plant processing operations.
• Prepares and maintains reports and records.
• Maintains relationships with plant management and employees as an employee of the Department of Livestock.
