Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Stocker to stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain clean aisles in the Floor department. You will rotate merchandise, ensure accurate pricing, and help with inventory control while following HACCP guidelines.

The role requires basic reading and math skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. This is a full-time, on-site position at our California location.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves.
• Rotates merchandise to prevent expiration on shelves.
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves.
• Performs HACCP-compliant inspections.
• Assists in inventory review for daily rotation to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Ensures shelf pricing is accurate and reflects current pricing.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area through regular cleaning and pallet handling.
• Notifies supervisors of low stock or out-of-stock items.
• Performs other duties as required and may work in other departments.
