Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot in Austin, TX is seeking a Stocker to provide prompt, courteous customer service, stock shelves and maintain clean aisles in a fast-paced grocery environment. Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves
• Rotates merchandise to prevent expiry and to reflect pricing and market conditions
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves
• Performs inspections to meet HACCP regulations
• Assists in daily inventory review for rotation to prevent shrinkage and damage
• Maintains shelf pricing accuracy and currency
• Maintains cleanliness and safety on the floor, including spill response and trash removal
• Notifies supervisors of low stock or out-of-stock merchandise
• May work in other departments as needed
