Job summary

SpartanNash, located in Wisconsin, is seeking a data entry-focused associate to manage store-level records, price checks, and shelf maintenance. You will ensure accuracy in price tagging, UPC verification, and inventory tasks while supporting store operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities include updating tags, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and assisting with department activities. High school diploma preferred, with proficiency in basic computer tools and strong attention

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills including email and spreadsheets.
• Detail oriented with ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Execute price changes in store per procedures; perform shelf checks.
• Order shelf tags for items and verify tagging.
• Verify UPC items against the file for accuracy.
• Notify management when products or supplies need ordering.
• Train teammates on department activities.
• Handle spoiled or damaged products per guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of products in each department.
• Keep records of price verification for audits.
• Maintain a clean and stocked department.
• Record item locations and manage inventory.
• Follow PPE, safety and food safety guidelines.
• Adhere to guest experience guidelines.
• Support other departments as needed.
