StandardAero is seeking a Sheet Metal Worker to perform internal and external sheet metal repairs and fabricate parts for aircraft serviced at the Springfield facility.
You will interpret blueprints, service bulletins, and engineering orders while using micrometers, calipers, and power equipment to achieve precise fits. The role requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

This position is eligible for a bonus up to $20,000.
As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will perform internal and external sheet metal repairs and modifications to all aircraft serviced at the facility. Research and develop repair schemes using blueprints, engineering orders, service bulletins, and other technical publications. Fabricate various sheet metal parts in their entirety by interpreting blueprints, calculating angles, diameters, and bend allowances, and then cutting, shaping, and forming the part.
Salary: $26.41 - 39.62
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, StandardAero considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
