  1. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
  2. Layout and fabricate sheet metal parts to customer requirements and/or aerospace specifications.
  3. Measure, mark, form and debur sheet metal.
  4. Operate various types of equipment to include saws, cutting machines, computerized equipment, hand and power tools and light metalworking machines - to cut, bend, drill, shape or form the metal.
  5. Fit, join and fasten sheet metal parts to construct the final products or installation pieces.
  6. Finish products and check that they meet quality, safety and other standards and specifications, and repair and maintain sheet metal work.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and work centers to meet production goals.
  8. Keep in-progress jobs moving forward to completion.
  9. Perform various other miscellaneous duties as required.
  10. Required Skills:
  11. Blueprint reading and interpretation.
  12. Able to multi-task and delegate authority.
  13. Attention to detail, quality and quantity of job progress.
  14. Education and Experience Requirements:
  15. High school diploma or equivalent.
  16. Minimum 3 years experience; Corporate Jet and/or General Aviation experience.
