• Basic knowledge of shop equipment, layout, and fabrication.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and layout duct systems accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ductwork projects efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine fabrication and installation methods.
• Manage duct detailing, material ordering, and quality inspections.
• Coordinate with other trades and schedule subcontractors and deliveries.
• Supervise installation activities, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage daily operations including safety checks, crew guidance, and quality enforcement.
