Mill Rock Packaging Inc is seeking a diligent Sheeter Operator to run and maintain our sheeting line, ensuring accurate cuts to customer specs. You will follow safety protocols, monitor output, and help maintain quality across shifts.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. The position offers a 5:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–1:00 AM schedule with overtime as needed, and competitive hourly pay of $21–$24.

Qualifications

• Basic reading of work orders and schedules.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot sheet cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheeter machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to meet job specs.
• Monitor operations and maintain quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and minimize waste.
• Follow GMP and ISO 9001 quality requirements.
