Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in print industry client services, administrative support, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in account management, customer service, production planning, or estimating within printing or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with computers and experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and communicate strategic production plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist printing machine operators in the press room.
• Load paper, hang plates, load and maintain ink in foundations.
• Monitor and adjust print quality, perform routine adjustments, and repairs as needed.
• Monitor layouts, verify correct paper, and assist in press setup (sheet size, coatings, blankets, etc.).
• Install, clean and adjust rollers.
