Job summary

Globus Printing & Packaging in Minster, OH seeks a hands-on offset press operator to bring designs to life on our sheetfed presses. You will mount plates, set up ink and fountain solution, monitor color registration, and perform routine maintenance to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or press operations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as an offset press operator or closely related role.
• Strong knowledge of print processes, color theory, and ink/paper characteristics.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing top-tier work.
• Clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when required.
