Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Sheeter Operator to run a sheeter that converts roll stock into sheets for presses. This role requires ensuring quality cut sheets, maintaining production records, and supporting a safe, efficient operation.

Work in a dynamic production environment with moving equipment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required to meet production goals, with teamwork and clear communication essential to success.

• Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
• Ability to effectively work in teams
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles

About The Opportunity

The Sheeter Operator is responsible for running a sheeter which converts roll stock to sheets for the presses.

• Control operations of the sheeter
• Produce quality cut sheets at set production standards
• Maintain records for evaluation of production
• Establish technical skills to support our sheeting operation
