Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a Group Leader-Sheeting to guide the department in the supervisor’s absence. You will ensure safe, efficient production and maintain accurate records for high‑quality output.

Lead and train operators, oversee maintenance, and collaborate with other teams to optimize packaging and related services in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supervising production teams.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines and safety policies.
• Ability to read work orders and ensure correct product completion.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform duties per safety policies.
• Read work orders to determine properly preformed products are produced.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Communicate information to employees, shift supervisor and next shift group leader.
• Ensure high levels of production, maximizing efficiency with planned work assignments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Train new operators as needed.
• Oversee preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Operate equipment as necessary to maintain productivity during absences.
• Maintain high efficiency according to established rates.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance, and reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.

About The Opportunity

The role of the Group Leader‑Sheeting is to provide guidance to employees in the department in the Supervisor’s absence.

• Ensure high levels of production, maximizing efficiency with planned work assignments
• Maintain a clean work area ensuring a safe working environment
• Train new operators as needed
• Oversee general preventive maintenance on equipment
• Operate equipment as necessary to maintain productivity during the operator’s absence
• Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment
• Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
