The role requires 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, forklift certification, and AS400 literacy. You will guide line helpers, coordinate material feeds, apply labels, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years minimum running a cut-to-length line.
• Must be able to read and follow material processing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Review processing paperwork and stage material for sheet, band saw and SPL lines.
• Coordinate material feeds and ensure proper interleafing and labeling.
• Monitor machinery for irregularities and maintain safety standards.
• Oversee pallet build and palletization per customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate AS400 updates and paperwork.
