Must have high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must satisfy skills test- including vision, audio, respirator clearance, physical. Journeyman and/or eight years' experience. Working Conditions & Environment Ability to work in production environment, including: Lifting and handling (pushing, pulling) various parts - must be able to lift greater than 40 #. Must be able, willing and capable of working aloft. Cannot be afraid of heights. Wearing personal protective equipment/clothing, including a respirator. Climbing ladders and stairs. Climbing onto equipment. Potential for walking and standing on uneven surfaces. Potential for working in both overhead and laying prone positions. Bending, kneeling, standing, stooping, twisting. Working in inclement weather including heat and cold. Working in areas with a high noise volume. Working in areas with dust and fumes. Potential for working in confined spaces.
