Job summary

Gallo Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Welder to join our team. You will weld, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal components using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques, while reading blueprints and ensuring high-quality results.

The role emphasizes safety, calibration of tools, and collaboration with other welders and fabricators to meet project timelines and budgets. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with vocational training or apprenticeship a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven welding experience with MIG/TIG/Stick.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Commitment to safety standards and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Welding & fabrication of sheet metal components using MIG, TIG, and Stick.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Inspect welds and ensure quality and tolerances.
• Prepare metal sheets prior to welding.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
