Altus Technology Solutions is seeking a Sheet Metal Technician with mechanical assembly expertise in Webster Outlying Field, MD. The role requires 3–5+ years in mechanical assembly and proficiency with hand and power tools, reading drawings, and attention to detail.

The Sheet Metal Fabricator will be responsible for performing non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity on project articles, components, and support structures and equipment.
The Sheet Metal Technician (with Mechanical Assembly expertise) is responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, work requests, written and verbal instructions, and quality specifications and tolerances. We are seeking an individual who can apply their Mechanical Assembly expertise to add value and make a strong impact supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWCAD), Naval Air Systems Command, and the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field Divisions.
Conditions will vary. Capable of working outdoors in temperatures ranging from 0–100 degrees. The position will include regular standing, bending, reaching, sitting, walking, and lifting. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Overtime may be necessary from time to time depending on workload.
