Job Summary

Performs various assigned repetitive operations to fabricate, form, and assemble sheet metal products according to standardized procedures and methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Works from simple sketches and routings.
• Makes simple setups on manual rolls, expanders, and planishers.
• Operates equipment such as sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders.
• Performs deburring operations primarily.
• Checks work for acceptance using basic measuring tools like tape measures, verniers, and Pi tapes.
• Works under direct supervision.
• Coordinates with Maintenance Department to perform preventive maintenance on sheet metal equipment.
• Follows and complies with Ace Precision Quality System work instructions for sheet metal operations.
• Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Completes all required documentation accurately.
• Adheres to attendance policies.
• Assists team members as needed to contribute to team effort.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED, with at least three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Mathematical Skills

Ability to perform basic math operations with decimals and fractions.

Reasoning Ability
