Environmental Air Systems is seeking a sheet metal supervisor to plan, coordinate, and lead all sheet metal activities on assigned projects. You will manage a team, ensure quality, safety, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years of sheet metal experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, strong blueprint-reading skills, and OSHA 30 certification. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for successful collaboration with project

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of sheet metal experience, including supervisory duties
• 3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship preferred
• OSHA 30 construction certification obtained within the last 5 years
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in environments with high heat/cold and noise

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all sheet metal activities on assigned projects.
• Lead and manage a team of sheet metal workers, providing guidance and training.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets standards and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Allocate and manage resources to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, other trades, and clients.
• Maintain records of work performed, including logs and timekeeping.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain project timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
