Qualifications

• Strong commercial sheet metal/HVAC construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, or a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering with 3–5 years of construction management experience.
• Proven ability to lead foremen and manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation, plans, specifications, and field operations.
• Ability to manage manpower, labor productivity, schedules, and budgets.
• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and employee development.

Responsibilities
