Jobot in Frederick, MD is seeking a Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead field teams on commercial projects. The role requires hands-on metal installation leadership, blueprint interpretation, and strict adherence to schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in commercial sheet metal installation, preferably as a Lead Foreman or Superintendent.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience mentoring foremen and coordinating field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field teams to complete projects on time and under budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications accurately.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to approximately 12 foremen.
• Oversee field operations involving approximately 45 installers.
• Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining high workmanship.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of the sheet metal trade and leadership credibility.
• Communicate clearly and organize teams to ensure safety and quality.
