Job description

About Phoenix Stamping

Since 1986, Phoenix Stamping has manufactured sheet metal and rod products for customers across North America from our Atlanta, GA; Fort Wayne, IN; and Fort Worth, TX locations. We are a growing, highly automated operation with a family-oriented culture and the motto: \"Customers first, employees always!\"

By midday, youre building 3D models to feed downstream data needs, shaping tooling and check fixtures, and publishing detailed drawings for internal and customer use.

After lunch, you enter and maintain ERP part data, run tolerance stack-ups to verify GD&T compliance, and coordinate prototype builds with testing and validation. You lead your projects launch plan, present updates in Engineering Design Reviews and Project Status Meetings, and drive engineering change requests to closure. On the floor, you support manufacturing via Kata and continuous improvement, always ensuring compliance with Phoenix Stamping Design and Drawing manuals. You close the day exploring new technologies and guiding R&D concepts toward practical solutions.
