Job summary

Outsource Vista is seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer with experience in sheet metal fabrication to convert engineering drawings into production-ready CNC programs for cutting and punching. The role involves optimizing programs, creating flat patterns, and preparing nesting layouts for efficient production.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on CNC programming experience and proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Dr.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM programming within a sheet metal manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC laser cutting, punching, or related fabrication equipment.
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Dr. ABE, or comparable CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Hands-on CNC programming experience is strongly preferred.
