Job summary

M&M Manufacturing, part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a Machine Operator for the day shift. You’ll assemble minor sheet metal parts, operate basic production equipment, and perform general warehouse duties with safety in mind.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, can stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and wear PPE. We offer full benefits from day one and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Must be able to lift/pull a minimum of 40 lbs and wear PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs.

Responsibilities

• Assembles sheet metal parts and operates production equipment.
• Sets up and operates sheet metal machines (presses, shears, rollers, benders).
• Identifies and rejects materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Follows safety rules and plant regulations.
• Performs other duties as required.
