Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Hospital/medical construction experience is a plus.
• 9-panel drug test required.
• Lift and fall-protection certifications required as applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with site supervision.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and layouts.
• Layout and install commercial ductwork systems.
• Assemble duct sections, fittings, and connections.
• Install hangers, supports, and sheet metal components.
• Perform field measurements and adjustments as needed.
• Direct Apprentice/Helper and maintain crew productivity.
• Coordinate installation around other trades.
• Maintain quality workmanship for hospital construction projects.
