Richland Mechanical Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead and manage ductwork installation in multiple projects at one time. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage crews, accurately lay out sheet metal systems, and ensure timely and high-quality installation of HVAC components. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial or industrial HVAC ductwork systems and leadership experience in the field.

Richland Mechanical Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead and manage ductwork installation in multiple projects at one time. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage crews, accurately lay out sheet metal systems, and ensure timely and high-quality installation of HVAC components. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial or industrial HVAC ductwork systems and leadership experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete accurate duct sketches and layout plans based on mechanical drawings and site conditions.
• Provide clear direction to crews for efficient workflow and execution.
• Perform accurate take-offs for sheet metal, spiral pipe, fittings, and related materials.
• Communicate material needs to project managers to ensure timely delivery. Installation Oversight
• Supervise the installation of ductwork, spiral pipe, air devices, and HVAC equipment in accordance with project specifications and codes.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure installation standards are met. Team Supervision
• Schedule, assign, and manage sheet metal crews.
• Monitor workforce productivity and provide guidance and support as needed. Ensure job site safety and compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficient experience in HVAC sheet metal installation.
• Previous professional experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, duct fabrication, and layout practices.
• Ability to perform accurate material take-offs.
• Proficient in interpreting construction blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
