Job summary

A growing employee-owned company is seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic located in Charlottesville, VA. The right candidate will install, repair, and maintain metal systems in commercial buildings. Applicants must have 1-3 years of experience in commercial installation and be able to pass a drug screen. Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of experience in sheet-metal preforming.
• Overtime may be necessary, must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Work with others as a team to learn and perform tasks.
• Measure and cut duct work using measuring instruments.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to work site.
• Perform laboring duties related to installation and maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot issues with systematic solutions

Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools
