Job summary

Hercules Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair sheet metal fabrication and roll forming machinery. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with a pay range of 33.00–38.00 per hour DOE in Denver, Colorado. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, read schematics, and service PLC-controlled equipment while ensuring safety and quality across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College or Technical School is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machines following manuals and specs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and diagnose causes of failures.
• Read electrical schematics and ladder diagrams to diagnose issues and implement repairs.
• Install, program, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives and servo drives such as Allen-Bradley.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems; work with power transmission components.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and document maintenance activities.
