Job summary

Post Glover Resistors in Erlanger, KY is hiring a Night Shift Sheet Metal Machine Operator. You will set up, operate, and program CNC sheet metal equipment (Press Brake, Punch Press, Turret Press, Laser) for tight tolerances, while cross-training across machines.

Earn $23.00/hour with a $1.50 shift premium after 90 days, plus a robust benefits package. The role offers a stable schedule Monday-Thursday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read work instructions and fill out basic paperwork.
• Able to communicate with supervisor in English.

Responsibilities

The schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Occasional Friday overtime.

What you'll do:

• Set up, operate, and program CNC sheet metal equipment including Press Brake, Punch Press, Turret Press, and Laser machines
• Cross-train across multiple machines over time, building a broader skill set with each one
• Hold tight tolerances and take ownership of the quality of your work
• Identify problems early and flag them before they become bigger issues on the line
