Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 on Laser cutting, shearing, folding, and press brake forming.
• Fabricate and install sheet metal products such as ducts, roofs, and siding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure that project deadlines are met.
