Job summary

Interstate Mechanical LLC in Phoenix, AZ, a leading mechanical contractor, has immediate full-time openings for skilled HVAC sheet metal journeyman and apprentice. Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal components for commercial and industrial HVAC projects in accordance with drawings and specifications.

Candidates must have strong sheet metal experience or progress through an apprentice program, reliable transportation, and own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent HVAC sheet metal experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings and submittals.
• Perform layout and installation of sheet-metal items.
• Install, update and repair trade-specific assignments.
• Must have required tools for trade.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal for HVAC systems.
• Work from blueprints and project specifications on commercial/industrial sites.

Interstate Mechanical LLC Interstate Mechanical, LLC (IMCOR) is one of Arizona's largest mechanical subcontractors, specializing in Design/Build, Industrial HVAC, Piping & Plumbing Systems, Service Maintenance and Special / Facility Projects. IMCOR has immediate full-time job openings for skilled (Commercial/Industrial) : Journeyman/ Apprentice

Primary Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products and equipment associated with all HVAC related work, according to the job specifications and blueprints for commercial and/or industrial projects.

HVAC Sheet Metal Journeyman Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of recent HVAC sheet metal experience.
• Read/interpret contract documents, architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
• Read/interpret submittals and shop drawings.
• Perform layout and installation of sheet-metal focused items and materials.
• Install, update, troubleshoot and/or repair trade-specific/project-specific assignments
• Perform other trade-specific assignments and tasks
• Must have required tools for trade

HVAC Sheet Metal Apprentice Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of recent HVAC Sheet Metal Apprentice work
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some tools for the Trade
