Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Helper to support mechanics in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and ductwork.

This role involves handling tools, loading materials, and maintaining a clean work area on construction sites. The position offers on-site work across various job sites with opportunities to develop technical skills through internal training or an Apprenticeship Program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months construction or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of trade related hand tools.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision and follow instructions.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Must be available to report to multiple job sites as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Set up tools and equipment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks to job sites.
• Keep work area clean and restock supplies as needed.
• Fabricate subassemblies and hangers per mechanic instructions.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials during installation.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Develop technical skills through internal training or apprenticeship programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
