Stulz Gmbh in Frederick, MD is seeking a reliable forklift operator to move full sheets of raw material to and from the punch, and to assist with trimming, deburring, and smoothing surfaces as part of the production line.

You will follow verbal instructions, operate hand tools, and handle other duties as assigned while maintaining safety and quality standards in a loud, active factory setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; factory experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow verbal instructions and work with hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.
• Must complete forklift safety training within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Move full sheets of raw material to and from the punch.
• Deburr and identify punched parts from raw material.
• Assist with scrap disposal as needed.
• Operate a forklift and related equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pull raw sheets of material to and from the punches. Deburr and identify a punched part from raw material. Assist with the disposal of scrap materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be able to move full sheets of raw material to and from the punch.
• Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
• Must be able to use hand tools.
• Must be able to trim, file, deburr, buff, and smooth surfaces.
• Must be able to operate a fork lift and other equipment used to move or place equipment as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Must have experience in factory setting.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Must complete and pass required forklift safety training (within 60 days of employment).

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and understand english instructions.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers & common fractions.
