Job summary

Robinson Construction is seeking skilled laborers to install insulated metal panels and erect sheet metal on industrial siding and roofing projects across manufacturing facilities in the United States. You will read blueprints, measure materials, and work with carpentry crews to ensure precise, safe installations.

Applicants should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, using common hand tools, and following safety procedures in a fast-paced industrial setting. E-verify participation is noted.

Qualifications

• Experience with Insulated Metal Panels preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Skill in the standard use of tools and equipment of the profession.
• Ability to work successfully as a team and independently with moderate supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, communicate effectively in both oral and written form, and visualize a layout by looking at plans and prints.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
• Install insulated metal panels and attach components per specifications.
• Tie and secure seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using screws.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and identify hazards on site.
• Assist crew to erect and install sheet metal on industrial siding and roofing.
