Job summary

Structured Trades in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman for commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recent foreman experience, overseeing crews, coordinating installations with engineers, and enforcing safety and quality on site.

You will develop work schedules, monitor progress, and help keep projects on or under budget while communicating with superiors and field staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of foreman experience in commercial HVAC projects.
• Experience with new construction and remodeling.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Foreman in commercial heating and air conditioning in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.

JOB DUTIES:

• Supervises HVAC workers
• Develop work schedules
• Ensure project are at or under budget
• Report project progress to superiors
• Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Ensure workers are using safety practices
• Performa quality checks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a plus
