Responsibilities

• Interpret job specifications, blueprints, and job orders, as needed for areas of supervision
• Study schedules and estimate labor requirements for completion of jobs
• Maximize job cost to meet or beat project overall estimates
• Monitor labor status and productivity
• Manage crews production to ensure job schedule deadlines
• Communicate effectively with all team members
• Complete promptly job documentation such as incidents, timesheets, daily reports, purchase orders, toolbox talks, time and material sheets, change order forms, and other relative to projects
• Comply with all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all CES policies and procedures
• Review project schedules and forecast labor requirements through job completion
• Manage multiple job sites as requested

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

• At least three (3) years of commercial sheet metal experience directing the installation, repair, and equipment use of a related system
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of the proper use of safety equipment
• Must be able to climb and balance on ladders, stand or sit for long periods; must not have fear of heights
• Must be able to pass regular drug testing and be open to background checks
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Florida driver's license required
