Job summary

CE Reeve – A Tecta America Company is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead on-site installation crews for commercial projects. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce safety standards while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sheet metal installation experience with leadership ability, strong blueprint reading skills, and a proven track record in supervision and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sheet metal installation experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing and sheet metal systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead sheet metal installation crews on job sites
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities
• Install sheet metal components including flashing, coping, gutters, and downspouts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site
• Maintain accurate job documentation and progress updates

• Install sheet metal components including flashing, coping, gutters, and downspouts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
