Job summary

CE Reeve, a Tecta America Company, is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field crews on commercial roofing projects. You will supervise on-site operations, ensure quality workmanship, uphold safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sheet metal installation with leadership experience, reads blueprints, and can manage crews, materials, and documentation effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sheet metal installation experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing and sheet metal systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead sheet metal installation crews on job sites
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities
• Install sheet metal components including flashing, coping, gutters, and downspouts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site
• Maintain accurate job documentation and progress updates
