Job summary

Vance Airscoop is seeking a highly skilled Sheet Metal Finisher for a full-time, in-person role in Bucks County. The ideal candidate will grind, polish, and grain stainless steel post-weld to a #4 finish and work across sheet metal, tubing, and HVAC components.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience in stainless steel finishing, be able to read blueprints, and maintain high-quality finishes while adhering to safety protocols. Overtime is available and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience in stainless steel finishing (grinding, polishing, graining post-weld).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, finish specifications, and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in finish work.
• Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as part of finishing process.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Grinding and finishing stainless steel welded components to #4 Finish.
• Work on a wide variety of stainless-steel products including sheet metal components, tubing, custom tables, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure finishes meet high-quality standards and customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools, grinders, polishers, and other finishing equipment with precision and care.
• Read and interpret blueprints, finish specifications, and production documentation.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and consistency in finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols.

SHEET METAL FINISHER - IMMEDIATE HIRE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Finisher to join our team for a full-time, in-person position. This is not an entry-level role - candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience specifically in grinding, polishing, and graining stainless steel surfaces post‑welding. Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.
