Job summary

Michigan Mechanical Ventures is seeking a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. This year-round role blends shop fabrication, warehouse support, and local deliveries—no overnight travel.

You will work with ductwork, plenums, and transitions, operate brake and shear, load materials for field crews, and deliver locally. Strong teamwork and reliability are valued; growth into lead fabricator is possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience (preferred).
• Able to read basic shop drawings/layouts.
• Valid driver’s license (Chauffeur’s preferred).
• Experience driving a box truck or pulling a trailer is a plus.
• Team player with strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stay active throughout the day.
