We're Hiring: Sheet Metal Fabricator - Level 3 (Junior Foreman)

Location: Norristown, PA | Pay: $31-$35/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We're hiring a Level 3 Sheet Metal Fabricator (Junior Foreman) who can guide jobs through production, troubleshoot challenges, and support the shop with precision and pride. You'll be hands-on and team-focused, with room to grow into a full foreman role.

What You'll Do:

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.

The role requires the ability to:

• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Use hand and power tools with precision and control
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Work safely in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Occasionally work in awkward positions or confined spaces as needed
