Treat's Heating, Cooling & Electrical (Auburn Sheet Metal, Inc.) is hiring sheet metal fabricators and commercial venting installers at all levels, from helpers to leads. You will fabricate ductwork and sheet metal in our shop and install HVAC venting in the field, with opportunities to advance into lead roles across South King and Pierce Counties.

This work is core to our Auburn Sheet Metal heritage. A weekly check-in at our Enumclaw office is required, but day to day you work where the work is.## What You'll Do* Fabricate ductwork, fittings, and sheet metal components in the shop* Read and work from plans and shop drawings* Install commercial HVAC venting and ductwork on the job site* Operate shop equipment such as brakes, shears, and rollers safely and accurately* Coordinate with the install crews and represent Treat's professionally on every job site## Levels & What We're Looking For* Helpers: mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn the trade* Fabricators and Installers: sheet metal fabrication and/or commercial duct and venting installation experience* Leads: proven fabrication or venting installation experience plus the ability to run the shop or a job siteWe reimburse licensing and certification costs and provide continuing education, so the right helper can grow into a skilled fabricator or installer.## Pay Range$25.00 to $70.00 per hour, depending on level, experience, and certifications.* Helper: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour* Fabricator / Installer: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour* Lead: $50.00 to $70.00 per hour## Basic Requirements* Valid driver's license and insurable* Physically able to perform the job for which you are applying* Hand tools appropriate to your skill set.
