A weekly check-in at our Enumclaw office is required, but day to day you work where the work is.## What You'll Do* Diagnose and repair furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems* Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups for our Preferred Customer maintenance plan members* Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners, with honest, repair-first recommendations* Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations* Build trust with repeat customers and represent Treat's professionally on every visit## Levels & What We're Looking For* Maintenance and Tune-Up Technicians: mechanical aptitude, a great customer manner, and a willingness to learn* Service Technicians: diagnostic and repair experience across heating and cooling systems* Lead Service Technicians: deep diagnostic skill and the ability to mentor junior techsEPA 608 and NATE certification are a plus. We are proud of our NATE-certified team, and we reimburse licensing and certification costs and provide continuing education.## Pay Range$25.00 to $70.00 per hour, depending on level, experience, and certifications.* Maintenance / Tune-Up Technician: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour* Service Technician: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour* Lead Service Technician: $50.00 to $70.00 per hour## Basic Requirements* Valid driver's license and insurable* Physically able to perform the job for which you are applying* Hand tools appropriate to your skill set.
