Job summary

USA Mechanical & Energy Services in Enfield, CT seeks a Sheet Metal Apprentice for our growing construction team. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work well in a team while delivering excellent service.

This role offers a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule, hands-on training, and company-provided safety gear. You will learn duct fabrication, read blueprints, and operate manual and automated machinery as you develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read tape measures.
• Blueprint reading preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate ductwork and operate manual and automated machinery.
• Assist with shop maintenance and tool organization.
• Support sheet metal installation on construction sites.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
