Job summary

Polyvantis in Sanford, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Sheet Extrusion and Multi-Functional Coating (MFC) operations. You will lead a team of operators and support staff to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

You must have 5–10 years of supervision in manufacturing, a 4-year college diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. ISO and RC14001 knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 4 year college diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• 5–10 years’ experience supervising a manufacturing department.
• Proficiency in SAP & Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO, RC14001 and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct the weekly operations within the area of supervision.
• Meet safety, environmental, and quality goals as per internal/external standards.
• Maintain 5S, TPM, safety and ergonomics standards in area.
• Supervise Sheet Extrusion and MFC operations and personnel.
• Manage Work Orders for repairs and maintain activity logbooks.
